I’ve been hearing very good things about DJ Kos‘ video DJ sets for some time now, but unfortunately have yet to take in the visual experience first hand.

Note: I can assure you that his audio-only DJ sets are top notch.

That all changes this Saturday, March 16th when Kos takes the stage at Knitting Factory Concert House for Video Killed the Radio Star, an 80’s themed music video dance party here in downtown Reno, NV.

If you’re looking to get out on the town, (yes Reno has a nightlife scene) make sure to dress up in your favorite 80s outfit and prepare to dance your ass off to iconic sounds of the 80s with classic music videos mixed live by DJ Kos … a complete audio-visual experience!

There are too many reasons to get excited over !!!’s upcoming show at The Underground at 9PM on Friday, July 27th 2012.  Let’s outline a couple, shall we?

1) This is THE LAST SHOW EVER to take place at The Underground
2) !!! have been on my musical radar since the mid-2000’s (with good reason)
3) It’s my 29th birthday! (it’s really on July  28th, but hey, we’ll be there after midnight!)
4) The event is put on by none other than FRESH BAKIN’ (need we say more?)!
