+|+Your Heart is Stronger than Your Head+|+ The spot shown here is a favorite local vista that I often frequent and last week I couldn't help but stop and spend a little time with the beautiful flowers (white lupines?) at the trailhead. This image is a bracketed shot of 5 exposures merged together using Lightroom 6's HDR setting. Each exposure was shot at 24mm | f/22 | ISO 100 and ranged in shutter speeds from 1/15th of a second to 10 seconds. A bit of color enhancement took place in both Lightroom and Color Efex Pro (as part of the FREE Nik software collection from Google). Thanks so much for viewing!

+|+Silver Bullet+|+ For this shot taken on my iPhone 6S, I was initially drawn to the motion of the coaster and the structural lines, but when watching the reactions of riders as they careened towards the sludgy green water, seeing the reflection and spouting pipe fountain made me think this might be captured best in portrait orientation to help convey the sense of "danger" riders might be feeling in that moment.
