•California Kids•.Amidst the chaos of swarming yellow jackets, I found a moment of pseudo-reprieve where the carnivores gave me a couple inches of breathing room. Maybe it was because they had a new group of humans to stalk..While hangin' at the shack, a group of half a dozen or so adolescent Millennials popped in for a few minutes, walked around a bit, snapped a few pictures on their phones and humored me in responding to my idle chitchat and warnings of crazed yellow jackets..They seemed nice enough and didn't look like the type to cause any trouble, and would've likely hung out for bit longer, but once the winged ones caught their attention, they were jammin' on out to their next stop..Honestly, I can't say I blame 'em.
